How often are new meals added?In 2025, we just launched weekly rotating menus! So you'll see new meals every week, with your favorites always circling back around every month!
Do I have to subscribe?Subscriptions are not required to purchase a meal plan, but we highly recommend it. Not only is it convenient, but our clients have much greater success sticking to their goals with a weekly automated subscription!
If I subscribe, can I still change my meals weekly?Yes, absolutely! You can change your meal choices right up until our Thursday @ midnight deadline before your subscription runs. If you don't, you'll receive either the same meals, or the new, similar meals that were swapped out with the menu change :)
I used to have to pick how many meals per week I wanted, I don't see that anymore?You're right! You did. But now, with our automated discounts, you don't have to! You'll see your discount % amount change as you add more meals into your cart -- making changing your subscription easier than ever :)
Do you have gluten free meals?We sure do! You can see the allergen icons listed for every meal. If it says "gluten" or "wheat", you can't have it. You'll also see that the images will say "gluten free" for the meals you CAN have as well!
