Sunshine Shrimp Scampi

A fresh take on an old favorite 🙂 We’re roasting our jumbo shrimp and shaving asparagus to toss with fresh whole grain noodles in a light, dairy-free garlic and olive oil sauce with fresh cracked black pepper and curly parsley.
